Develop an architectural solution that meets the client’s requirements and deliver a turnkey project, fully executed by our company.
• Implementation Phases:
- Architectural Solution
- Conduct a detailed analysis of the client’s requirements, considering aesthetics, ease of use, and budget.
- Propose optimal architectural solutions that fulfill all specified criteria.
- Project Documentation and 3D Visualizations
- Prepare a complete set of project documentation, including architectural drawings, engineering plans, and 3D visualizations.
- The visualizations should convey the design concept for both the interior and exterior, providing a clear picture of the finished project.
- Develop a cost estimate based on the project documentation for precise budget planning.
- Turnkey Construction
- Carry out all construction work, from laying the foundation to the final handover, ensuring full compliance with project specifications.
- Manage the construction process and coordinate all subcontractors to complete each phase on schedule.
• Result:
The project is currently in progress, with planned completion in the first quarter of 2026. The work covers all phases, from design to commissioning of the property.
Project management is conducted under the general contractor model.
