- Project Documentation and Design Plan
- Create project documentation, including architectural drawings and technical plans.
- Develop a design plan that reflects the interior and exterior concepts.
- Prepare cost estimates based on the project documentation for accurate budget planning.
- Turnkey Construction
- Carry out all construction work, from laying the foundation to final completion, including the installation of furniture, appliances, and decorative elements.
- Manage the construction process and coordinate all subcontractors to ensure deadlines are met.
• Result: The project was fully executed by our company, delivered on time and within the agreed budget. The implementation period was 24 months, covering all stages from planning to the turnkey handover to the client.
